Ruby’s Coffee House is planning to open in the next year as a small town gathering place for high schools students. With a desire to create an atmosphere that is welcoming and homey, the students are sure to enjoy Ruby’s. Named in honor of the late Ruby Temple from Nicaragua, the bright blue color and floral element tie the brand to the Nicaraguan culture.
